Sara was listed fourth among his daughters in her father’s will. Meiser listed her first and said she married George Straub. Jack Mertz listed an unnamed daughter first and said she married Mr. Straub.

I think I have found her in 1850 and her husband was Benjamin Straub. Her birth year can be estimated from that Census and it would be 1807 which may indicate that Peter did not list his daughters chronologically.
