I have corresponded some with Richard Taubar whose wife Linda Wysocki is a descendant of James Horace and Harriet (Yoxtheimer) Hopewell. He is the kind of researcher that focuses on recent ancestors by collecting obituaries and family stories from the Great Aunts still alive at the time he did his work -- all of which he shared with me. I, in turn, was able to provide him with additional information about the earliest members of this family based on my work.

The line is James and Harriet had a son Elmer Francis, born in 1899, died in 1968. He married Marion Evans. She was born in 1903 and died in 1955. Their daughter Shirley Margaret Hopewell married John Joseph Wysocki and they were Linda’s parents.
