IMMIGRANT. Jacob Rosemann arrived America on the ship St Andrew Galley 26 Sep 1737. I believe he was traveling with his sister, Anna Maria, and his soon-to-be brother-in-law John Henry Mertz.

His will dated 9 Sep 1756 proved 12 Oct 1756 said he was of Hereford Township. He named wife Annapolia and referred to young children but only named eldest son Jacob and also mentioned brother-in-law Henry Mertz. It also suggested that Annapolia’s father was then living and apparently living with them.
