My Comments notes for Levi Brown
Living with Polly Mertz and her mother Catherine in 1850 is a male age 5 named Levi (though it is very hard to read). His sister Amelia is present too. There is no Henry.
Living with Mary (Polly) and Henry Heimbach in 1860 is Henry Brown age 22.
Is Levi one and the same as Henry? If not, where is Henry in 1850?
I think they are the same person with an erroneous age given in 1850. But for now I am keeping them as two separate people. Another curiosity is that Levi age 5 is listed before his sister age 18. This is highly unusual if both are the children of Polly. But I have no explanation for it. Nor can I explain that there were children born in 1832 and 1845. If Levi age 5 is Henry age 12, the birth span discrepancy is not so large. Much to ponder here.
