Kevin Hampshire brought to my attention that a.) David married Anna Maria Barbara Hacker -- note the mouthful of a name and that b.) David Herbster eventually moved to Northumberland County and the survey of John Hamsher’s Northumberland County land, not actually made until 1813, showed David Herbster as an adjoining land-owner. It was Kevin who connected the dots.
