Jennifer Underwood, who descends from Elizabeth snd is a third cousin of Jim Harley, contacted me in 2016. She said she was “the great granddaughter of Elizabeth Price Harley Jones. My grandmother is her daughter Evelyn Jones.”

At first, I didn’t know who she was talking about, though all the names sounded familiar, but it turns out she was easy to find on find-a-grave. I have also basically confirmed, from Census, the detail that she married the brother of the wife of her own brother, Alvin Price Harley.
