Who is Martha Ann, consort of Isaac Poteet ho died 28 Dec 1864 in her 38th year [1826] leaving four children?

1840. Maria Potee lives in Ward 8, BAL Co. She appears to be age 40-50 and also present is a male 10-15 and a male 20-30 and a female 15-20. There is no sign in this census of Isaac Potee or Peter Potee.

On 5 Apr 1840, Angeline Potee married Robert Doyle, both of Baltimore. She was Peter’s great-granddaughter he named in his will.

1850. There are quite a few families of the name Potee now in BAL Co. None named Peter, nor Maria (of the right age). There is an Isaac who is age 30 with wife Ann 21 and daughter Mary 1. They may well fit in to this family somewhere but determining exactly where is not the task at hand.

This is the Isaac of interest to me. He was named as the Executor of his grandfather’s will written in 1830, but by 1834 apparently his father (or uncle) Peter had taken over as administrator, since Isaac pre-deceased his grandfather.

I know that his wife was named Maria and the timing works so I am reasonably certain the Isaac who married Maria Thompson in 1817 was him.

I also know an Isaac Potee died 27 Aug 1832 and I think that was also this man.
