Obituary: “Edward Ralph Raker Jr., 65, passed away Aug. 13, 2011, at the Millville Nursing Center. He was born Oct. 19, 1945, in Shamokin, a son of the late Edward R. Sr. and Rachel Dorkus (Mertz) Raker. He is survived by one sister and brother-in-law, Theresa and Charles Rebuck, of Paxinos; one nephew, Ron Carey; two nieces, Jessica Carey and Rachel Rebuck; two grand-nephews, Dylan Carey and Joey Aliberto; and numerous aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by one brother, Ronald Baker on Feb. 18, 1969. Burial will be in Northumberland Memorial Park, Stonington.”
